Tania Haigh is known as a social impact leader and an entrepreneur building brands in international markets. Tania’s 23 year career is anchored by her decade-long tenure at McDonald’s USA, serving as a foundational step to business ownership as a strategic partner to investors with a focus on business development, brand launches and market expansions. She’s the founder of Magnolia Insights, TEDxOakPark, Parents Against Child Sex Abuse (PAXA) and the KIDS TOO Movement.

A first generation American raised in Honduras and the Dominican Republic, Tania embraced the immigrant mindset around opportunity and perseverance. It began with assimilating into a Caucasian environment as a child with minimal English. What initially seemed like a limitation, Tania’s language foundation is what led her to fluency in Spanish, English, Italian, and French. This was on the beginning of Tania’s approach to life, taking adversity and channeling it into advancement and expanded horizons.

Tania’s passion for leadership continued at TCU in Forth Worth, TX. It was during her time in undergraduate that she secured a pivotal internship at UNESCO while studying abroad in Paris. Upon receipt of her degree in Business and Marketing, Tania launched into a corporate career in Chicago that allowed her to make a global impact with her contributions as a Hispanic leader in the corporate ranks, Business Ownership, Woman Empowerment and Child Advocacy.

Tania has been featured for her work on TV outlets in Chicago, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Orlando and Miami plus a range of podcasts and radio shows in English and Spanish language media. Publication features or mentions include Advertising Age, Chicago Tribune, Chicago-Sun Times, Chief Marketer Magazine and the WSJ. Tania has been recognized for her thought leadership in the marketing and advertising community through her involvement with industry organizations, including the Association of National Advertisers and Brand Innovators as 40 Under 40.

While Tania thrives through her commitment to leading teams and achieving results, there’s no role she loves more than being a mom to her daughter, Vivian. She’s married to David J. Haigh and resides in Oak Park, IL.
